Definitions:
Clients – Individual, person, party, company and/or any representatives ordering transport.
Broker – A broker is an intermediary liaison and or 3rd party representative between shippers and carriers who arrange transportation. Auto Transport Team LLC is a licensed broker and our agents work with our client’s in the transportation process.
Carrier – A motor carrier of property which is governed, licensed, and has the authority required to move a client’s requested motor vehicle. Carriers must comply with all State and Federal laws in which they transact business.
Origin – Pick up location requested by the client. Origins may be modified to accommodate the carrier’s equipment if necessary.
Destination – Delivery location requested by the client. Destinations may be modified to accommodate the carrier’s equipment if necessary.
Inoperable Vehicles – Vehicles that do not start, run, roll and steer under their own power. Any vehicle that will not drive under its own power safely in order to load and unload onto the carrier’s truck/trailer and or any equipment used to transport.
BOL – Bill of Lading. Document carriers use to notate the details of the transport. The BOL is also used as an inspection form in which the client and/or carrier may notate any damages prior to loading and/or at delivery. The Client is responsible to ensure ALL information notated on the BOL is 100% accurate including addresses, damages VIN#’s etc prior to signing. BOL’s may also be used as a receipt or proof of payment. Client is responsible to ensure the BOL is notated if monies have been exchanged for transport.
Dry Run – Fees associated due to a vehicle not being ready for pick up on the designated and agreed upon timeframe or dates. If a vehicle is not ready at the designated location and the designated time and date and the Carrier arrives to pick it up and the vehicle is not ready for any reason a dry run fee will be assessed.
Order – Client’s request to move forward with transport of client’s motor vehicle from a designated origin to a designated destination.
Order Confirmation – A written confirmation (usually an order # will be assigned) from Auto Transport Team LLC to the client confirming receipt and details of, but not limited to, origin addresses, destination addresses, names, phone #’s, vehicle info including YR, MK, Model, and VIN#, as well as estimated dates for pick up and delivery and an agreed upon rate for transport.
Transport – The physical process of loading, unloading and/or moving a client’s motor vehicle from origin to destination.
Personal Data – including but not limited to client’s name, phone #’s, addresses, credit card info, bank info, vehicle vin#, email addresses, job location, relative or friends info used for pick up or delivery, or any personal information shared by the client.
Auto Transport Team – may be listed as Auto Transport Team, LLC., Auto Transport Team LLC, Auto Transport Team LLC., Auto Transport Team, ATT, all of which indicate the legal entity of Auto Transport Team, LLC.
General Info:
Client is authorizing Auto Transport Team,LLC., and/or the carrier transporting the vehicle(s) and their driver(s) and/or employees, and/or any contracted associates to operate the client’s vehicle(s) during the loading and unloading process at the pick up location and/or the delivery location or as needed to facilitate the transport of the vehicle(s) to and from the transport truck and trailer. Client agrees to allow the client’s vehicle(s) to be driven by the person responsible for transporting the client’s vehicles(s) at any time needed to get from point of origin or destination to and from the transport truck in order to load and/or unload and complete a pick up and/or delivery.
Auto Transport Team, LLC., unless otherwise stated, will act as the agent for the client and broker the transport to a carrier approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Client agrees and understands that the carrier will route the vehicle(s) from origin to destination by routes within their own discretion and does not agree to any specified routing by client.
Auto Transport Team, LLC. does not agree to transport the vehicle on any particular motor carrier, nor in any specific time-frame for any particular event. Auto Transport Team, LLC. will not be responsible for any loss or damage created by any delay. Auto Transport Team, LLC. provides you (the Client) with an estimated pickup date and estimated arrival date of your vehicle(s). However, the carrier transporting the vehicle(s) may be subject to delays due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, any unforeseen issues, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding delivery times and dates. Auto Transport Team, LLC., its associates, vendors, partners, employees and carrier’s assigned will not be held responsible for any car rental fees or any accommodation fees due to a delay in the transport. Auto Transport Team, LLC., will not pay or refund any monies to the client for any type of delays once the order is booked.
Auto Transport Team does not guarantee any particular spot on the trailer, or way in which the vehicle is facing, tilted, or loaded on any trailer or carrier. The driver / carrier will make decisions based on load, weight, drop locations, legal limits, safety, and many other variables in order accomplish the task of loading and delivery of the vehicle (‘s).
Availability:
All dates are estimates only. Someone must be available and present to release / receive the vehicle at the time the driver arrives. There is no flexibility on timing if a driver arrives to pick up or deliver there must be someone available and present to receive the vehicle.
Dates – Timing:
Auto Transport Team, LLC., does not agree to transport the vehicle on any particular motor carrier, nor in any designated time frame for any particular event. Auto Transport Team LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage created by any delay. Auto Transport Team LLC provides the client with an estimated pickup date and an estimated arrival date of your vehicle(s). However the carrier transporting the vehicle(s) is subject to delays due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding delivery times and dates. Auto Transport Team, LLC and the carrier will not be held responsible for car rental fees or any accommodation fees due to any such delays in transport. Client understands and releases Auto Transport Team LLC and its associates, employees, carriers, drivers, and team members of any such liability for any such rental or accommodation fees in any form.
Pick up:
If the carrier or driver that is transporting the vehicle (s) feels he/she cannot maneuver or operate the truck to/or within a neighborhood or location by the pick up location, it is the responsibility of the client or clients agent to meet the driver for safe delivery of vehicle(s) at a location close to the original pick up location. Close is a relative term depending on the location of pick up.
Trucks are not required to drive on dirt or gravel roads. Some locations will end up being many miles away from the original location, and some may only be a few blocks. A few examples of roads that have and will prohibit drivers from driving or attempting to drive to pick up locations: country roads, dirt roads, gravel, uneven, mountainous, narrow, tight city roads, incline or decline, etc. In addition to road conditions there could be other variables including state, county, township, or city laws that would prohibit pick up or delivery to a given address.
Delivery:
Auto Transport Team LLC does not agree to transport the vehicle on any particular motor carrier, nor in any particular time frame for any particular event. Auto Transport Team LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage created by an unavoidable delay. Auto Transport Team provides you with an estimated pickup date and an estimated arrival date of your vehicle(s). However, the carrier transporting the vehicle(s) is subject to delays due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding delivery times and dates. Auto Transport Team LLC and its associates, vendors, partners, and carrier’s assigned will not be held responsible for car rental fees or any accommodation fees.
If the carrier or driver that is transporting the vehicle (s) feels he cannot maneuver or operate the truck to or within a neighborhood or location by the delivery location, it is the responsibility of the client or clients agent to meet the driver for a safe delivery of vehicle (s) at a location close to the original delivery destination. Close is relative to the location of delivery.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Unforeseen circumstances unfortunately do occasionally occur. There are too many variables to list and plan out every circumstance. Auto Transport Team LLC will work to keep the client(s) in the loop with updates in regards to transportation scheduling as things progress through unforeseen circumstances. Updates are not guarantees or promises. Said updates are attempts at communicating information to the client that Auto Transport Team LLC has received and are intended to keep all parties up to date in regards to the client vehicle and transport schedule. Updates can change from one day to the next and are never guaranteed to meet any such dates or schedules. Any delays will not result in any contractual obligations for any financial or otherwise accommodations to the client on behalf of Auto Transport Team LLC or its carriers, drivers, employees or partners. If a driver / carrier breaks down the driver / carrier is motivated to get the truck operational as quickly as possible. As soon as the truck is operational the driver / carrier will complete their deliveries. Any delay does not change the responsibility of the client to accept the car at the time the driver arrives to deliver. When the driver arrives to deliver or pick up the vehicle it is expected that the client or the client’s agent will be available to release or receive the vehicle. If a driver arrives to deliver a vehicle it must be received by client or client’s agent. If there is no option for client or a client agent to receive the vehicle the driver/carrier may leave with the vehicle and put it in storage and storage fees may apply in order to get the vehicle out. Also, a new delivery fee may be assessed to bring the vehicle back at a later date. Auto Transport Team LLC will make every attempt to call, text, email and ensure a smooth delivery to the best of our abilities in order to help prevent this from happening, but the client must be present and available to accept the vehicle and if the client is not and other arrangements have to be made to bring the vehicle back at a later date there will be additional expenses and costs that the client is responsible for and may include, but are not limited to (dry run fees, storage fees, standby time, new delivery fees, etc).
In the event the carrier attempts to phone or otherwise contact client to make arrangements to deliver vehicle(s) to the client or the client’s agent and the client or the client’s agent cannot be reached in a reasonable time frame, vehicle(s) will be dropped off at the nearest terminal, tow lot, or storage lot at the discretion of the motor carrier. All storage, COD, terminal fees and any extra trucking charges, if any, will be due and payable to the carrier or Auto Transport Team, LLC. Contact Auto Transport Team, LLC at 623-327-3700 option 2 for accounting before vehicle(s) are released by terminal.
Vehicle info:
Client agrees that:
1. All information given at time of scheduling is accurate.
2. The client will be responsible for any additional costs to accommodate the transport/carrier resulting from any information provided from the client that is not accurate when a carrier / driver arrives to load the vehicle. Further client agrees if a vehicle status has changed to a non-running, inoperable, or oversized unit and that change prohibits the carrier from loading, or if the carrier is not comfortable with loading the vehicle(s) onto their truck/trailer because the vehicle is not in the condition that it was quoted for, then there will be a “dry run” fee assessed a at a minimum of $300, but may be more depending on how far the driver drove and other variables that need to be considered to cover the carrier/drivers time and fuel. This fee will have to be paid in full in addition to the rate increase for such vehicle(s), prior to Auto Transport Team, LLC. scheduling another carrier to pick up the vehicle (s).
3. If vehicle runs/ drives when they load but will not start after loading any fees with getting the vehicle off the trailer will be required to be paid in full before vehicle is released to client. Fees could include but not limited to: tow truck assistance, stand by time while waiting for tow truck, or other fees associated with an inoperable vehicle. These fees will not be capped and each situation is different in its needs. At no point or circumstances will Auto Transport Team, LLC its employees, associates, drivers, vendors or carries be responsible for either the fees or any repair bills associated with vehicles becoming an inoperable during the transport.
Inoperable vehicles:
Inoperable vehicle(s) are subject to additional charges. If vehicle(s) is inoperative such that it cannot be driven on and off a carrier’s truck under its own power, steering functions, brakes function. Please tell us in advance so we can give you a correct quote. In the event that we are not told that a vehicle(s) is inoperable at the time of the quote; an additional fee will be assessed and may vary depending on all variables of the move. If driver / carrier arrives without prior notice of inoperable status there is a very high likelihood that said assigned driver/ carrier will not have the correct equipment, tools, or capacity to haul/load and/or move the vehicle. In which case there will be a dry run fee that will be assessed at a minimum of $300, but may be more depending on how far the driver drove and other variables that need to be considered to cover the carrier/drivers time and fuel. This Dry Run Fee will be required to be paid before proceeding with an appropriate carrier/equipment to complete the job. In the event that the condition of the vehicle is such that Auto Transport Team, LLC or its carriers are not able, or comfortable with transporting the vehicle in said condition there will be a refund less the dry run fee. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Auto Transport Team, LLC. No third party inspections or vehicle owner testimony will alter the assessment of the Dry Run fee or alter said decision to step away from the transport. Auto Transport Team, LLC. will not be responsible for any storage fees, late fees, or/any other fee(s) associated with this situation. Refunds will be at the sole discretion of Auto Transport Team LLC and are never guaranteed. Refunds will be denied and/or issued on a per order basis depending on the variables of the order. Decisions about refunds will be made by Auto Transport Team LLC Management and the decisions will be final.
Inoperable after vehicle loaded. Once the vehicle is on the transport truck/carrier or in route and there is anything that would render the vehicle inoperable (known or unknown) there will be other variables and fees associated with this. There will be no refunds, partially, or other that will be sent on any vehicle that becomes a non-runner/inop in route. Any and all fees related to this will be the sole responsibility of the client to pay in full to Auto Transport Team, LLC before receiving final delivery. Some examples of fees include but not limited to tow truck assistance, stand by time while waiting for tow truck, other fees associated with an inoperable vehicle, winch, or relaying to another carrier/ truck with appropriate equipment to finish the transport with the inoperable vehicle (’s). These fees will not be capped and each situation is different in its needs. Under no circumstances will Auto Transport Team, LLC its employees, associates, drivers, vendors or carries be responsible for either the fees to finalize the transport or any repair bills associated with vehicles becoming an inoperable during the transport.
Oversize or modified vehicle(s):
Additionally, in the event we are not informed of the correct model and type of the vehicle, including racks, extensions, oversized tires, custom equipment, lowered, lifted, camper shell, etc., which render the vehicle oversized or modified when we give you a quote and it affects the carrier/transporter in such a way that he/she can not load the vehicle(s) a dry run fee will be assessed at a minimum of $300, but may be more depending on how far the driver drove and other variables that need to be considered to cover the carrier/drivers time and fuel. If the client fails to disclose the fact that the vehicle is oversized or modified at the time of the quote and Auto Transport Team LLC and/or its drivers, carriers, associates discover the oversized or modified nature of a client’s vehicle(s) upon pick up, an additional fee will be assessed. The value of this additional fee is not a flat fee. All variables around the move, route, other pick up or deliveries already scheduled, weight issues, and many more can contribute to the amount. Sometimes variables are such that the original assigned carrier cannot complete the transport since they/we could not take into account the unknown variables. If for whatever reason the assigned carrier/ driver is not able to load the vehicle there will be a dry run fee assessed due before additional drivers/ carriers are scheduled and/or will be deducted from the amount of the refund of the transport if the client chooses to cancel. If Auto Transport Team, LLC. chooses to step away from the transport for any reason the Dry Run fee will still be due and will be deducted from any possible refunds. Again, refunds are at the sole discretion of Auto Transport Team LLC and will be denied and or processed once Auto Transport Team LLC reviews all information in regards to said order.
Modified, Customized, or otherwise non-stock vehicles: No modifications, customized parts, are covered under any claims. These customization’s cannot be accurately accounted for and / or assessed during any claims process. Auto Transport Team, LLC., its agents, employees, drivers, associates, carriers, or insurance companies will at no point be responsible for any modifications, including but not limited to: customized equipment, customized body, exhaust, wheels, tires, customized paint, suspension, interior or exterior components, mechanical, decorative, or otherwise. Any customized vehicles will be shipped at clients own risk, no claims will be accepted for any customized vehicle. In addition no claims of theft or functionally of any said items will be accepted.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations need to be processed in writing to Auto Transport Team, LLC. as soon as possible. If no carrier was assigned to the order there will be a full refund less any fees for processing. If there was a carrier assigned / contracted for the order then there will be a cancellation fee. Cancellations are subject to fees as a result of a scheduled pick up by a carrier.
Cancellation fees:
If a carrier was scheduled/assigned prior to the cancellation there will be a cancellation fee at a minimum of 35% and a maximum of 80% of the original quote. The percentage will be based on the variables of the move, timing of cancellation, route of transport, etc. The client will receive notice of fees prior to any possible refunds being sent. All refunds must be requested in writing to the email: dispatch@autotransportteam.com. If you request a refund you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email you must call to confirm the request was received. If a refund is approved by Auto Transport Team LLC, the refunds will be sent 20-30 business days (business days Monday-Friday) after Auto Transport Team LLC receives a request from the client for a refund.
Payment
Please call Auto Transport Team M-F 9-5 Arizona Time 623.327.3700, option 2 to make arrangements for payment before your vehicle is scheduled for pick up. You will have the option to pay by credit card over the phone, or you can pay Cash to Auto Transport Team LLC office in Avondale, Arizona. All payments must be received in full prior to order being scheduled for pick up. In the event the vehicle is picked up prior to payment being received, it is still the clients responsibility to pay as soon as possible to prohibit any delays in delivery. The vehicle will not be delivered until the payment is paid in full to Auto Transport Team, LLC. Any delays as a result of non-payment is the clients responsibility. In addition, any additional fees as a result of this including but not limited to other arrangements have to be made to bring the vehicle back at a later date there will be additional expenses and costs that the client is responsible for and may include, but are not limited to (dry run fees, storage fees, standby time, new delivery fees, etc). Any additional fees will have to be paid in full to Auto Transport Team office at 623.327.3700 option 2 during business hrs M-F 9-5 Arizona Time, prior to the vehicle being rescheduled for delivery. Any returned payments for any reason will be subject to a $25 returned payment fee and required to be paid in full (original amount + any returned fee= full amount) prior to vehicle being transport. The vehicle or transport will not resume until funds clear and Auto Transport Team is confident of payment. In the event of returned payment while the vehicle is in transit the vehicle will be held until payment is complete at any yard of Auto Transport Team choosing. The yard may or may not be owned / managed by Auto Transport Team. In addition to Auto Transport Team fees there will be additional fees due directly to the storage lot before vehicle is released. Any fees due to storage yard as a result will be due to that storage yard exact cash at the time of pick up. It will be the registered owners responsibility to redeem the vehicle from the storage yard and pay the cash storage fees. There will be no re-delivery availability in this situation. Owner of vehicle will have to redeem from the storage lot directly. No claims will be accepted for any reason on any vehicle that has had a payment returned and vehicle left at storage lot. Furthermore, you as the customer, shipper agent, owner fully release Auto Transport Team of any claims and hold Auto Transport Team harmless in this scenario, understanding and accept all the responsibilities herein.
Personal Property
No personal property shall be transported in client’s vehicle(s) that includes but is not limited to computers, clothes, shoes, equipment, explosives, guns, ammunition, flammable products, narcotics, negotiable and legal papers, alcoholic beverages, jewelry, furs, money, live pets, live plants or any unlawful contraband.
If driver arrives to load the vehicle and there are personal items in the vehicle, it is at the driver’s discretion to load or not, and/ or charge an additional fee for personal items in the vehicle. The fee will be at the discretion of the driver and can range from $150-$400 per vehicle, and must be paid immediately to Auto Transport Team, LLC at 623-327-3700 option 2, at the time of loading. Charging a fee for the personal items is only considered a convenience fee for personal items and not a contract to ship personal items, identify the items, catalog the items, inventory items, or insure the items in any way. There is no insurance on personal items. In addition, this convenience fee will not extend any liabilities of the personal items upon the driver, carrier, or Auto Transport Team, LLC. or any of its associates, agents, or employees. If, the client wishes to put items in the vehicle the client does so at their own risk.
In the event the driver decides not to load the vehicle(’s) because of the personal items, there is still a dry run fee due to be deducted from any refunds. The dry run fee will be assessed per vehicle per circumstance. No persons are allowed to be in the vehicle during transport.
Client agrees that Auto Transport Team LLC or carrier may confiscate or dispose of said items with no remuneration. If any said items cause Local or Federal Authorities to stop, detain, or otherwise prohibit driver / carrier from proceeding with the scheduled route there could be additional fees due at delivery for said delays as a result of client (’s) personal items. In addition, if any Authorities stop and will not permit the driver/carrier to proceed on route with the vehicle or said items there will be no fault or liabilities upon Auto Transport Team, LLC or carrier if Authorities confiscate or take possession of vehicle or said items. Auto Transport Team LLC and carrier will not be held responsible for delivery of personal property. Furthermore, there will not be any refunds in full or partial if any vehicle or its contents becomes confiscated by any authority en route. Any and all legal fees that arise due to items being in the client’s vehicle(s) (whether known by the client or unknown) will be the responsibility of the client. If the client wishes to put items in the vehicle the client does so at their own risk. Any items in the vehicle are not covered by Auto Transport Team LLC insurance and/or the carrier’s insurance and will not be the responsibility of Auto Transport Team LLC or any of its associates, employees, partners, and/or team members. There will be no refunds issued for any transports that are not completed due to any issues related to personal items or any vehicle issues.
All claims for damage must be taken up directly with the motor carrier, and if there is any damage (whether at the fault of the carrier or not), the liability for damages lies solely with the motor carrier or the motor carrier’s insurance. There will be no exceptions or damage claims accepted for any undercarriage, mechanical, interior items whatsoever, any custom parts, or added accessories. There will be no damage claims accepted if the vehicle is over 12 years old. Open carriers will be exposed to the elements and no claims will be processed based on any weather events or Acts of God. Auto Transport Team LLC will assist the client with necessary carrier information (name, phone numbers of that particular motor carrier used for transport), if such an event occurs. In addition Auto Transport Team, LLC will assist in the process of working through the claim process. No fees can be processed with a damage claim. Some examples of fees that are prohibited are: rental car, fuel, storage, transfer, transport, flights, hotels, taxi’s, food, and any other accommodations or compensation.This is not an exhaustive list, just an example. The Damage claim will be limited to only the actual damage to the vehicle. There are no refunds that will be offered for transport. The damage claim will be considered a separate transaction. No claim can seek a refund of the transport fees of the vehicle. Client understands that by Auto Transport Team LLC assisting in any damage claim(s) the client agrees to not hold Auto Transport Team LLC liable for any part of a damage claim. Auto Transport Team LLC will work with both parties (Carrier and Client) to resolve any damage claim(s) fairly for both parties involved. Auto Transport Team, LLC is a Broker and will not be responsible for any damages to vehicle (s) that are brokered to any motor carrier.
The Department of Transportation requires that all outstanding freight charges be paid without deduction, so before any client’s car can be taken off the truck, the total amount the client owes must be paid in full with cash or Postal Money Order. Any damages should be properly noted while the driver is there, and obtain the necessary information from the driver.
Signing the Bill of Lading at destination, without notation of damage, will be evidence of satisfactory delivery of the vehicle with no damage. Under no circumstances can a client make a claim if no damages were noted at delivery. Client or client’s agent is highly encouraged to inspect your vehicle(s) over very carefully before you sign the Bill of Lading. Any damages must be noted on the BOL in order for any damage claim to be considered. Any questions or concerns should be addressed at delivery and the driver should allow you to make notations on the Bill of Lading or the digital APP that damages are present at delivery. Make sure to not sign the Bill of Lading or Digital App without this being done. You are welcome to call Auto Transport Team, LLC to assist while the driver is on site. 623-327-3700 or if you have a cell number of your scheduling agent please contact them before signing.
Once you have agreed to these terms in their entirety, please call 623.327.3700 option 2 to make arrangements for payment before your vehicle is scheduled for pick up. You will have the option to pay by credit card over the phone, or you can pay Cash to Auto Transport Team LLC office in Avondale, Arizona. All payments must be received in full prior to order being scheduled for pick up. In the event the vehicle is picked up prior to payment it is still the clients responsibility to pay as soon as possible to prohibit any delays in delivery. The vehicle will not be delivered until the payment is paid in full to Auto Transport Team, LLC. Any delays as a result of non-payment is the clients responsibility. In addition any additional fees as a result of this including but not limited to other arrangements have to be made to bring the vehicle back at a later date there will be additional expenses and costs that the client is responsible for and may include, but are not limited to (dry run fees, storage fees, standby time, new delivery fees, etc).
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
The parties agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this agreement shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State or Federal (if permitted by law and a party elects to file an action in federal court) courts located in the county of Maricopa, in the State of Arizona. This choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, and to preclude the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to, or arising out of, this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this section. Each party waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this section. By action of this provision, the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the aforementioned court.
Auto Transport Team LLC does not guarantee any dates in regards to transport, shipping, or in regards to a pick up schedule and or a delivery schedule. Any and all dates spoken about, written in an email, quoted from Auto Transport Team LLC’s website, or discussed in any way, matter, or form are estimated dates and never guaranteed. In the event of a delay in transport (which is common), Auto Transport Team LLC will not be responsible for any fees nor will Auto Transport Team LLC pay any monies for reimbursements in regards to, but not limited to, car rental, hotel reimbursement, canceled flights or delayed flight fees, wages lost, legal fees, etc, or any monies that the customer may incur due to a delayed transporter, delayed pick up, or delayed delivery.
If a dispute arises from or relates to this contract or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through direct discussions, the parties agree to endeavor first to settle the dispute by mediation in the State of Arizona before resorting to arbitration. The parties further agree that any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the State of Arizona and or any courts holding jurisdiction whether State, Federal, and or Small Claims Court.
Agreement and use of Auto Transport Team LLC website and forms:
Auto Transport Team LLC website is intended for adults only, 18 years of age or higher, in order to conduct business in regards to automobile/motor cargo/vehicle transport requested by the user/client.
Client agrees to be contacted by Auto Transport Team LLC and/or any of its associates, affiliates, 3rd party carriers, drivers, employees, personal and/or any such staff through any form of communication provided by the client such as, but not limited to, email, text, phone call, chat messaging, instant messaging, etc. Client agrees to not hold Auto Transport Team LLC responsible for what other people, companies, personal, employees, carriers, or any such AI Technology, 3rd party servers, websites, etc, do with the shared personal data the Client gives Auto Transport Team LLC.
Auto Transport Team LLC website is not intended for minors and any information shared or given to Auto Transport Team LLC will not knowingly be stored and/or collected or maintained. If you are a minor or under the age of 18 please refrain from using the Auto Transport Team LLC website and/or any of Auto Transport Team LLC’s services. Auto Transport Team LLC does not knowingly gather, collect, maintain or use personal data from any minors or persons under the age of 18.
Client agrees and gives permission to Auto Transport Team LLC to process personal information and understands that any quote requests, order submissions or any interaction between the client and the Auto Transport Team LLC website and any information collected or shared amongst those sites, forms, emails, text messages, etc will be considered shared client information and will be used accordingly in order to process the requested transport from the client.
Client understands and agrees to allow Auto Transport Team LLC to use such cookies for advertising purposes and the client understands and accepts being subject to ads through any such source provided to Auto Transport Team LLC through the cookies.
